Is Cyclone going to have a future contest for tickets to this premiere? I'm seeing Cyclone listed on a website to get tics, but when you click on it you get directed to Cyclone Movies, but nothing is up about it yet.

I wouldn't believe another website's statements as gospel. When Cyclone Movies confirms all of the details of a screening it has to offer, they will post their info for passes. I would treat other sources as possibilities and to keep an eye out to see if they become true.
