There is a little too much hype for Surrogates. It is just a ok murder thriller with a sci-fi twist. It makes you think of the Matrix and I, Robot.

I agree. This movie is an hour too long. There were so much hope for this movie, but it ends up being bland. I'd wish I had a timemachine to go back & stand in line for the Pandorum screening instead. At least I could have a good scare instead of a long yawn. Now I have to pay to watch Pandorum...it's so depressing thinking about it

Yeah, Surrogates was just so-so, but I heard Pandorum was pretty good.
