I like this movie up until the end. It's a good suspense/thriller movie with an awesome premise, one man takes on the entire justice system and all of its flaws. Who doesn't wants to put those arrogant lawyers & politicians in their places once in a while? Maybe there's something twisted about me, but I enjoy seeing the innovative ways that people are being killed in this movie (as well as SAW series). It's ingenious & just show that writters at least put some thoughts & efforts into their works.

That being said, I thought the ending was unsastifying & a half-assed job Mad . I've seen this problem often & had done so myself. Write something that has very good content, then get tired & half-assed the ending just to finish. It's too bad that all those efforts got wasted at the last minute.

That's my opinion. Agree? Disagree? Write about it. Razz

I agree with everything posted earlier expect for the parts about the ending. I thought the whole movie was great, including the ending. I cannot think of a better way for the story to end. I enjoyed it from start to finish. Well, maybe not the start, if I thought anything wasn't done well I would have to say it was beginning.

The studio could have done a better job establishing his family and his relationship with them. Other than that, I would highly recommending seeing this film.

Here's my reason for why the ending wasn't as good as it could have:

The whole movie roles on the premise that Clyde is this ubber BRILLIANT mastermind that our all mighty government call on when all of the James Bond spies can't take care of a job. That being said, how the heck is it that he isn't even smart enough to place an "ALARM SYSTEM" in his tunnel?!?! No

I mean come on....the guy can put a bomb into a Razor phone & he doesn't even remember to at least place a laser-land mine at the entrance of the tunnel or something to warn him that somebody had been in there. And what's up with covering the hole with a car? Did he ran out of money to buy a metal plate & some dirt to cover it up? Did he got too lazy or tired from digging all that dirt to put up a security system? Suspect

Like I said, ending could have been thought out better. Felt like they ran out of people to kill so the writer took the easy way out & end the movie quick and simple. The movie was 2-hr & the ending was like literally the last 10-min. The guy didn't even bother to put up a fight in the end. Don't ask me how it should be played out. I'm not the one being paid big money to write a movie script. Just a movie fan that's contributing to help future movies be quality entertainments.

Again, the movie was good....ending could be better.
